Extrinsic or intrinsic motivation

Today we had teacher training seminars about learning disabilities and classroom management in general. The discussion I liked most was about extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. We all want all our kids to always be intrinsically motivated because we want them to LOVE everything they are doing, right? Ain't going to happen.
Little kids Grade 2 and under need external control to get them started in the right direction.
The next developmental step is "interjected regulation," which means that kids learn what is acceptable and not, what is good and bad, by their environment and experience.
The next step is "identified regulation," which is where a child or adult realizes the significance of his or her actions whether they want to do something or not.
Even adults do more things by extrinsic motivation. The speaker's example: You may love your job, but if suddenly the pay was taken away, would you love it enough to keep doing it? I would, if I had my needs provided for. But there are parts I wouldn't, like writing curriculum maps.

So as per today I count the all possibilities of getting all sum.

But feel like o yes may we do other on next past life or may be not.Soon all children will learn all happiness and great thought of being able to push all bad deeds and habits in coming future.
